I loved it! I was thinking you abandoned this story and I'm so happy that this is not the case, it's too well written and I love the plot! I'm kind of enjoying jake right now, he's sweet and funny and I really like how he's behaving towards tris while Eric seems a bit of controlling and immature but I'm really curious to see where you're going with this! I can't wait to read your new chapter!

Wow... I am completely intrigued by Jake. I could really get behind a relationship between him and Tris, much more than one between her and Eric, mostly because the whole mixed signal, stop/start nature of their relationship was getting to me.
And now I have to ponder what faction Jake came from... hmmm...

Love this story! I love Jake, I really want him and Tris to be super cute and togethery and then Eric get all territorial and stuff. Please please please continue this story, I know it's been a while since the last update but I know how it is, half of the stories I have published are unfinished, I'm only continuing one of them rn xD

I wanted to re-read the whole story before reading the new chapter and I still completely love it! Of course the conversation between tris and eric it's not what I was hoping for, but where would the funbe otherwise? I wish we'll be able to understand better why Eric is making that speech while he clearly likes tris and I really can't find to read for more. Thanks for updating it!

Way to go, Eric, pushing her away and sending her into the arms of the next best guy. Way to go... I hope dating Jake won't do the exact opposite - he was already very jealous obviously when he entered the apartment and saw Jake there, though. I hope both Eric and Tris won't take too long to come around. And I do hope that Tris will realize that Eric has been anything but not caring for her - he has been there all the time only for her. He watched over her, brought down her fever, took care of her - and she goes claiming that he is incapable of caring for her... For ef's sake!
I could imagine Eric coming back to the apartment in a very inconvenient moment where Jake tries to kiss her. And he will be either pissed as ef and leave immediately and later on returns when she is alone and pretend he hasn't seen it. And they will beat around the bush until after the meeting with Abnegation. Or he will shout at Jake for trying his luck on Tris while she is still so weak and throw him out. Then Eric and Tris will argue heatedly and she breaks down so that he will have to take of her, thus making her realize that he indeed cares for her more than she thought...
I really adored this update, I had waited for it so long and it's outstanding! :)
