This is a interesting chapter. There are a number of positives in this chapter:
1) I haven't come across a uchiha-naruto in a bleach story before so its a good change for me.
2) It goes without saying that naruto has the sharingan
3) You provide information on naruto's zanpaktou
Onto other things,
I think that you misspelled naruto's zanpaktou name. You have it as Amaerasu instead of Amaterasu (in the last paragraph at least).
One thing I have a issue about is the length of the chapter. It is much too short. If you can extend it by about 400 words, the chapter will be of a appropriate length. That's my preferences though and I'm not the author of this story.
