Reading this made me feel as if there's so much missing from the game. I really enjoyed reading Team Firestorm EXECUTE Team Skull-it annoyed me too we weren't allowed to fight them. And having Spiritomb possess Vulcan was EPIC! I wish it was in the game, though. I don't know if you'll read this, as it's kinda long, but could my team join the fun?
I'm a Bulbasaur named Elixa. My moveset is Vine Whip, Razor Leaf, Energy Ball, and Leech Seed. My partner is a Piplup named Pippin. His moveset is Brick Break, Whirlpool, Bubblebeam, and Water Pulse. Pippin stars in a story on Quotev. He gains the capability to revive dead Pokémon at the cost of some of his life force, which will regenerate, and the ability to use ten moves through ten special orbs: Energy Ball, Flamethrower, Shock Wave, Psybeam, Gust, Earthquake, Twister, Pursuit, Aurora Beam, and Hydro Pump. They are the heroes of an alternate timeline that was destroyed and ended up in this world. Pippin often wears a Power Band, while I use a Stamina Band to manage my hunger. Pippin is known as the Revivalist, and they are both very similar to Connor and Vulcan in personality. Their team name is Team Elixin-a combination of their names. Sorry this is so long. Bye!

Wow, that's so strong. You did a great job on the story, being an adaption to the game's story, you made it better by making some scenes better and more powerful that made me cry a lot. I'll love to read the sequel.

Man, that fight was intense and I was kind of surprise that Connor survived a wound that would kill someone instantly. Yup, I thought of Lapras as a girl when I first saw it. However, Lapras's gender is actually male since Wigglytuff and some Pokemon referred Lapras as "he", however, in the anime adaption, Lapras has a feminine voice. Lapras's origin is interesting. You did make the fight difficult and impressive, I wish I could make fight scene as cool as that.

Wow, you really made a twist by making Grovyle and Dusknoir brothers. It is silly that there was a yaoi pairing about these characters, but making them brothers is a neat idea.

That, was, AWESOME! I really want that to happen since when I reached that part, I was aching to fight them. However, they made us get wiped out and that was disappointing. I really want to fight Team Skull because it would also be awesome and not let be Team Skull be some bland villains and also cooling me down when they called my partner a chicken(My partner happens to be a female Torchic). I love the partner of PMD: Explorers of Sky and I don't like it when they make him/her a bit dumb.

Man, I love how you gave team members having a personality in the game and them having a role. Also, I happen to spot a minor mistake, since the Wobbuffet in the cafe has a lipstick on the mouth that makes the Wobbuffet female. Good retelling though, I love how you put more details.

This story complexes me... It's like I'm rereading PMD:Time/Darkness/Sky in a book instead of a game. Does it change as the story goes on? I wrote a PMD of my own, but it wasn't the same. It's much different than any of the games. One of my main characters is named Connor, too! How ironic! XD
