Ok, waiting for the right time to read this update and take in all the goodness was worth it. This chapter is amazing. I'll say it again but you are great at fleshing out minor characters and making them more human in the type of manga like KHR where characters can sometimes act like walking caricatures.
Like wow, I love and understand Iemitsu, Nono and Xanxus so much in this fic. You are amazing. I love how you emphasize that family IS important to Iemitsu and he does try his best to be with Nana and Tsuna but he's just missed so much that it's hard to feel whole when half of him is still a mafioso. He's such a loyal person with no ambition to usurp Nono and I'm getting really emotional.
I also love his speech to Sasagawa about family. But when you look back, Iemitsu still has to neglect his family to go help Nono in Italy. It's hard to be a good parent. So very hard.
ALSO, I think the shoujo-esque romance between Iemitsu and Nana is fitting because they always seemed so happily in love whenever they met up again. In a way it's a guise for the painful doubts they have inside but it's also a sincere way to express how much they adore each other.
Gotta love the subtle Estraneo and Xanxus references. I feel like I understand Xanxus more and it's so cute to picture little Xanxus reassuring Nono that he will never die (I mean, Xanxus may be a jerk sometimes but I do believe he cares about Nono.)
What else...? OH AND THE AMAYA x TSUYOSHI REFERENCES OKAY. I love that it took four years for Tsuyoshi to get the message across to Amaya, I love her!
The ending for this, once again, just hit me really hard. You've done such a good job with creating backstory and atmosphere. Wonderful.

Si! Por fin! Una actualización! Hahaha, sospecho que Xanxus es un experimento de la familia Estraeno. Es triste pensar que desde su infancia era un niño que se irritaba con facilidad. Muero por ver a Tsuna y sus pensamientos :D

Wow, okay, this chapter is wonderful! I was confused at first until I realized that Ietsuna is basically Tsuna's grandfather. I love how you tied in their connections to Primo and how they eventually met Nono and his guardians. Very clever and well thought-out.
You also explain Iemitsu's character very well through his background story. No wonder he's not good with women (after the reminders of his mum) and he runs away from things. He's not good at dealing with emotional dilemmas after the trauma he suffered when he was five. You make him more human and sympathetic. Sure, I don't agree with his actions regarding Tsuna later, but I understand him. That's awesome!
Also LOVE how you added Tsuyoshi in as Iemitsu's guardian. Yamamoto's mum as a baseball person has been my headcanon forever so I'm sooo happy to see both hitman-Tsuyoshi and baseball-fanatic-Amaya. The parallels between Takeshi and his dad Tsuyoshi are so wonderful. "Would you stop smiling like that?" Wow, no wonder Tsuyoshi fell for her. I would read like ten fics about them getting together (and then cry later about it)
I enjoyed the additional snippet of Sasagawa in an arranged marriage with a boxing-obsessed female. I love strong women! I can see Ryohei getting his love of boxing from his mother. Poor lady though. I suspect that her husband cheats on her and that's how Kyoko is born maybe? Maybe Ryohei and Kyoko are half siblings?
Anyways I really enjoyed the work you put into this. All the connecting back stories are amazing. HUGS.
