First I want to say that I love Bob! He( or she. What does Alfred know anyway, right?) is perfect! And speaking of Alfred, their interactions are hilarious, but when you add Arthur to the mix is pure gold! And," This little guy wouldn't hurt a fly!". Only you, Alfred :)))) I expect many tears from our favourite yank after they manage to get out of the comic book, though. I doubt that Arthur would allow Alfred to keep him in the real world too( because Alfred would then also argue that a giant genetically-mutated carnivor plant would make a nice wedding present too. Arthur would shot him at the altar.)
"I had to work with him", the Frenchman appointed an acusatory finger at Arthur, " for months". - Francis, I love you honey, but you had to work with Arthur more than a few months in the past XD Also, I find this a little strange? Sorry, I just read a lot of news lately and England doesn't particularly try to placate Russia over the Ukraine thingie. Quite the opposite actually. It would made more sense for Francis to work with Ludwig, but I guess this line was more for the comic relief( which worked, btw).
The discussion between them just squeezed my heart a little. I mean, "...I guess I'd go down with you" ? Dude, that's just...so...Arthur! I have no doubt that if th nation-tans would have the true control over their countries, history and politics would go a lot different, but eh, reality has to be complicated, doesn't it?
"The United Kingdom announced their support for USA, affirming that the Americans hold the right in this situation, that they chose to fight by the justice' side and that their purpose lay in protecting their friend-countries, as well as the humans' rights to freedom and choice." - Sorry, but this whole line made me laugh.
Ok, since I have the letter already decoded for me it wouldn't be fair to say here what means, but I have one comment- Karl must have thought that whoevere might intercept this letter would think of storks carring some very fat babies and just shrug it off :))))
South Korea has nukes? I didn't know that. Also, Greece and Turkey switched sides? Ohhhh, that's bad! Also, "Who did they take him as? One of the British brothers?"- BURNN, England, BURRN ))))) (jk, jk, I love my greedy imperialistic baby). And... Something fluffy? That certainly ruined the whole serious bussiness mood :))) You sure you ok there Russia? :)))
And if the line where England stated that he'd go down with America squeezed my heart, that whole paragraph/inner monologue totally crushed it... It was just...PERFECT. Perfection! That's the only word I can think of. And man, this:" There stood the one who never looked back twice. There stood the man who had faced everything his adversaries had thrown at him to achieve his goals. There stood the man who possesssed the most honest smile, but also the man who faked a smile to hide his real thoughts. There stood the grown up man who could swiftly switch to childish behaviour and back." Man, THIS is Alfred. This is truly Alfred, this describes Alfred so well!
The fact that Arthur could admit, even if only to himself, that he both hated and loved Alfred was kind of bittersweet to me. Also "His eyessoftened and a small smile tugged at Arthur's lips, not because of the lack of dinner," -lol- "but because of some old memories. The happy ones." almost brought awesome tears to my awesome eyes( if you get this you're awesome XD). Especially the last one.
Oh, it's just like Alfred to find some trivial excuse for Arthur's breach of his usual conduct around Alfred and ignore it. And just like Arthur to forget about it altogether after 5 secs and think of a plan. XD
Again, I love Bob. And the image of Alfred sleeping soundly against Arthur's shoulder just melted my heart- and I bet Arthur's as well.
"Piss off"- Ohhh, how I love thee, Arthur! Dude has really the best lines!
I can see a reaaaaaaaaally weird "love triangle" between Artie, Al and Bob laying out in the future, man! :))))) It's funny because Arthur actually has no real reason to worry, but meh, this crazy jealousy...
About the FrUK and the FACE family one-shots... I'm a fan of neither, so all I can say is good luck with them.
Dude, this got rather long but I hope you don't mid I added quotes. I felt like commenting certain parts- but I'd refrain in the future if it annoys you! I also see you didn't updated in a rather long time. Is it because of lack of reviews, or because you were busy? If it's the firts, don't let that put you off. Many stories need some time until they get in the spotlight, the most important thing though is to not quit this story! Is too awesome! And if you do I'll beat you with my nobel prize!( ok ok I'm done with all those references I promise)

OMG! OMG! OMG! Internet cookies for you dude, that was an awesome first chapter, it's even better than what I've read before from you! ;) Usually, I have a hard time giving reviews, but I'll try for you dear!
So, first, your "military language" is awesome, I've always had quite the trouble writing stuff like that, and you did an awesome job here. *thumbs up* That bit about Russia seeing America and NATO's hypocrisy was also kind of a relief, so to speak, as it now annoys me to no end the fact that most of the "creative" part of the fandom seems to ignore historic realities and politics( though I admit I was one of those one too...until Hetalia awoke my interest XD). Also, that bit with Belarus was heart-warming. :) Poor Russia, he really needs someone to care for him too...
And Alfred. OMG, Alfred. :))))) I love Alfred, despite the fact he's such a self-absorbed selfish idiot sometimes, but he's funny and cute and he really wants to protect his favourite Brit, and his reactions here were absolutely hilarious and so... Alfred! XD The plane going through the wall, I died at that part! :))) Although, it's a little too brusque in my opinion, I mean it does flow well with the narrative but you don't quite catch it if you don't read carefully.
Speaking of favourite Brits, Arthur is perfect here, I pictured EXACTLY his tones of voice and expressions during his interactions with America, and those little snippets( e.g. "not that England ever let him down") just tickled that dark corner from my brain where I keep a BIG and HEAVY box labelled "Heart-crushing or cavity-inducing headcanons that ruined my life" and, man, I LOVE YOU even more right now( not as in a creepy or stalker-ish way, don't worry, but as in "I found my people I'm so happy let me love you" way, if you got what I mean).
And your descriptions are nice, really, I wish I could describe like you... But there's something that annoys me. Ahem.
THE BLOODY CLIFFHANGER MAN, NOT FAIR! ( insert whiny Alfred voice here, lol) I mean, it was way too short and now I have to wait for the next chapter and...like... stuff *big pout*
...ok, rant over now, sorry, but I tend to be either awkward and plain in my reviews either awkward and over-enthusiastic, it's no middle path for me, lol! XD Anyway, good luck with the next chapter, and may you have an awesome day! :)
