He mentally tortured an 8 year old and slaughtered innocent children (Because I refuse to believe Sasuke was the only kid in the clan) Again mentally raped the 12/13 year old into a coma on top of what Orochimaru did. Doing shit like that to children turns them into sociopaths especially since 8 is the time of conscience formation. Sasuke was getting better around this time and was less douchy and more caring. Then Itachi screwed it all up because of course mentally fucking hatred into your own little brothers head will have him go to the snake pedophile. Then after the mentally unstable child gets his revenge all it takes is the truth to undo everything. But oh no, you cannot be allowed to have free will even after I die dear sweet little brother, instead as soon as you declare revenge I will activate the kotoamatsukami I stuck in your friend brainwashing you. Even if Itachi was "good" he is still a monster. A good route to go is to make him "good" where he thinks he did the right thing because the stress broke him at 13 and he imagined the coup and thinks he is doing the right thing. The "intelligence" he provides to Jiraiya is jumbled madness. Speaking of which in Canon did Itachi actually report anything? Because Jiraiya and Konoha dont know anything until its too late, so all Itachi did was twiddle his thumb up his ass and help the enemy and never report anything.

I love the story, I just had a question in Chapter 10, you have naruto go through the reasoning of why he can’t go on a mission with team 7, and then immediately have him go pick up sasuke. Wasn’t sure if that was missing a part, or if I just misread it. Keep up the good work

10 times 5 minutes doing almost the same mindless attack is easier for the brain to process than 10 times 1 hour of mind intensive training.
Also, the best itachi I read is one that shows itachi as a battle prodigy who has no social skills and has no street smarts which led to him traumatising Sasuke, and him tho long that Tsukiyomi on Kakashi would train Kakashi to resist it later from Madara/Obito.
So a savant who is also an idiot

I really enjoyed the story up till now and am looking forward for more, but there are some things that you probably should improve upon:
1. Try to use a larger variety of words when describing something, try to avoid using most and very all of the time, it can of course be challenging especially when you're not a native speaker but the internet is very useful in that regard.
2. Tune it a bit down on the cliffhangers, when you use them so often they lose a lot of their gravitas and become obsolete.
3. Sometimes you word your sentences in the wrong order and mess up the grammar a bit, try to re-read your chapters more or find a beta.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing more of this story, keep up the good work and please update soon!
