You are managing to make all your characters awesome. Blaise is my newest favorite character for the kids (although Harry of course is my true love), and Augusta is totally fabulous. Nothing quite like letting someone make a lying fool of themselves and then cutting them off at the knees. I think it's more effective than hexing off something that would just be reattached. And the mystery of the Prince of Slytherin grows. This story is now in the top five stories I most look forward to an update for.

Yes, finally an adult who puts the Potters in their place. Lily is truly a sorry excuse for a mother. No true mom will do something such as hideous as abandon one of their child and ignore their existance the way she does. can't wait for the update

Ooooooh! Is it wrong of me to want to do unspeakable things to the 'Potter' family just so that they get off of their bloody self-proclaimed high-horses? But on that note: GO MADAM LONGBOTTOM! XD

Pooh I like your Augusta she has fangs and claws. Interesting that it's perfectly acceptable for parents to shun their child publicly to point of giving huge gifts to one child but not the other, but when a prominent politician does the same to them and their spoiled son they are right there trying to suck up to her...I do believe they weren't happy with her response lol. Please please have it so somehow or other Harry inherits and leaves the Potters high and dry ..oh that would be so very perfect would it not.

James and Lly are just disgusting. but Jim is still young and he doesn'tt understand what does it feel to be abused. how about making him see and feel Harry's memory and jugde him regarding his reaction.

It's hard for me to review every story I read, but I have to emphasize how much I love this one, and for many reasons too.
1.) Harry's personality is really incredible. I like how he's definitely the canon Harry Potter, but with slightly different nurture. Enough that he's a Slytherin who is very loyal to Snape. It's easy to see canon Harry shining through, but his fanon brilliance and cunning is also clear. I like his interactions with the Slytherins too.
2.) I love the way he ended up friends with Theo, Neville, and Hermione. It's nice that you didn't just make him be friends with them, even though Neville and Hermione are in Gryffindor and traditionally hate Slytherins. It happened naturally, not just because the author wanted to do it.
3.) Snape's relationship with both Harry and Lily is cool. I like this Snape much better than canon Snape. The best part is that he's basically the same person, but seeing him through the eyes of someone such as Harry (who *is* a Slytherin) is really interesting.
4.) I like the headcanon that Lily would teach Muggle Studies. In fact, I like the Potter family in general. I never had the feeling that James Potter was a great person, and I didn't think Lily was as strong as she was made out to be. I understood that they were powerful and talented, but everyone is exaggerated after death, and that was definitely happening in the actual books. I like the peek into their true lives.
5.) Your author's notes have been really helpful and specific, which is always cool. And you update regularly, and on a schedule.
All in all, thank you so much for writing this story and following through. Each chapter just gets better and better. Please keep 'em coming! :))

genius! oh and btw, this is one of two fics in the world in which I tolerate (and even enjoy a little bit) Snape mentoring Harry. and also, I'm such a loser. everyone here, and in other stories, is able to raise JUST ONE eyebrow. how awesome is that? (or is it some English thing that I'm wrong to translate directly?) and the thing at the end is so intriguing!

Fun, clever and smart Harry's are always great to read. His conversation with Snape was brilliant and that he was able to make the connections showed him to be more than just a brooding, cunning, justifiably angry, young man. You go, Harry! Can't wait to see how he does manage to get his friends out of the 'we must save the stone from Snape' scenario, and I really do hope you can. I'll be so dissapointed if this is just another story where Hermione, Ron, Neville and the OC really think they are the only people in the entire Magical Castle who can thwart a dark lord's plan for rebirth and immortality.

Yikes even Snape is speechless

Clever yet cheeky answer
Really like the outcome so far...
We didn't see The Griffins point of view?
As in Hermione, Neville and Jim?

I feel like cackling like a melodramatic person at that last part. I feel a vindictive glee when Liy and James get what they deserve. I can understand their reasons for doing it, war is war after all and sacrifices must be made at one point or another, but if those sacrifices could be avoided, then that's just idiotic leadership
