Ichigo and Rukia- their beautiful bromance live on in our hearts. As they pick up the pieces to their broken world, I know that in an AU where Kuborg wasn't a major a*hole and things ended the way they should without all that bunch of nasty loopholes, they would be together too.
Thank you for your work. It really cheered me up on one of my down days. IR fics never fail to remind me that somewhere out there, there is hope. Heck most of us are waaaaaaaaaaaaay better writers than Kuborg would ever be.

Oh I like this one the most, I think.
It ties in wonderfully with the FB arc.
I like the character analysis you wrote as part of the scene- that he regains more than just his powers when he was turned into a shinigami the second time around. He got Rukia back and she dried his rain once again.
'Ichigo' and 'Rukia' know what's going on with their characters. We all do. It's not our fault that they just have a sh*tty author.

This line sends me into fangirl overdrive. I wished this happened in canon instead. I wonder why he had been forced to live out his human life. Both he and Rukia were going to be much happier together... Do you have a particular head canon to go with this and the previous chapter?

Angsty fic. I was wondering when I'll come to this...
This makes me sad. No, it has nothing to do with your fic. It's because it reminds me so much of the final Bleach chapter and how badly the damn thing ended. Even after months- 4 or was it 5, I haven't been counting- I am still haunted.
They could have been so good together. So much potential was just wasted and I will never acknowledged what happened to my babies.

This is sweet enough to give me diabetes.
I heart it so much!
I like that they have intimate pillow talks. The contents of their pillow talks is as sweet as it is meaningful. I can see why Ichigo struggled to understand the concept behind 'sweet nothings'- they're too intimate and corny to ever be nothings.

I feel bad for Ichigo here. I think Rukia is probably just too overwhelmed by the sudden declaration. She's probably head-over-heels in love with the doofus just as badly and just hadn't come to the realization yet.
Is there a continuation to this particular chapter?

Ah... young love... high school... the denial...
This brings back memories...
Right sorry I was getting carried away.
I think that for me, at least in canon-verse, the fact that the two were in a high school setting had so much potential for developing Bleach into a shoujo. Bleach as a shoujo is a headcanon for me. Tsundere! Ichigo and Rukia is the girl who changes his world- see even their canon profiles fit the theme.
And I think that's why I liked the early seasons very much. No SS stuff, no Aizen or Yhwach, just those two adorable dorks trying to protect their town from Hollows and avoid getting swept up in whatever high school hijinks their friends drag them into.

Ichigo is pretty much possessive boyfriend material in the canon and tended to be the sort to hit first and ask questions later, so I think it would not be too farfetched for him to send whoever it was that tried to disrespect Rukia in his presence to the morgue.

You excel at writing drabbles and exploring the reasons behind their actions. I always enjoy reading Ichigo's monologues and this is very well-done. I like how you take simple prompts and turn them into something so fluffy.
Personally, I hate horror movies but I can see how these two would like it. XD It's just another excuse for cuddling or leading up to a hot make out session on the couch. ;)

I think that true romance is in the details of their actions and unspoken words. I love how she was trying to deny everything but just lets go for her hesitation when Ichigo bares his soul to her.
This relationship is so ideal and beautiful. Nothing will ever change it, come canon or Armageddon. Kuborg will have to pry it from my cold dead body.
