God damn. I had to wait a minute before writing this, couldn't see the letters coz of the tears! That was really good.
I'm assuming the last sentence was in reference to Luffy being the reincarnation of Roger? Or the "other man" was roger.
I like to think luffy has Roger's "will". Even Raylih (spelling is wrong I think) said "that hat has never looked better on you, Roger." When talking about luffy. Mind boggling.
Anyway, great story, love it

Waaa ;-; you've brought up a good point, with the whole 'you will lose 10 years of your life' thing. I wonder if Oda will bring it up again in the future; I thought it was just to show Luffy's determination to save Ace, but knowing Oda it's entirely possible he has something planned.

Oh yeah,,I've been thinking about it too. that luffy would lost his ten years of living in the sake to heal. and I don't know how to react if something like this really going to happen. it just like luffy really didn't have many times to living. and then, you made this. never see that come. great.
but I wonder though, why was roger in the list? I understand if it's ace and the strawhats but for roger...I'm quite confused. I really want to know his relation with all of this! so please,, would you mind to continue? :)

How come he isn't calling Law? Luffy views him as a friend and I am sure that Law too now. And I am sure that Luffy instinct would tell him if he died but does chopper or Law know it? He got a doctor to confirm his statement right?
