YES! I was hoping that Danny would be an inventor too! I hope he starts building stuff at the Institute. I bet he knows a lot about aerospace engineering, astro physics, ecto engineering, regular engineering, & physics!
I still think it was dumb if Amity was totally fine for 2 entire years with the portal still open after Danny left because it just makes it seem like there was never any point in him being Phantom to begin with.

Here's my question: why isn't Amity in total ruin from all the ghosts?
Like, if all Danny ever needed to do was just leave & they'd stop or even if the Fentons, Sam, Tucker, Valerie, & the GiW were enough to keep Amity safe, then Danny never needed to be a hero in the first place. Which invalidates all of the sacrifices he made in order to keep the town safe.
Like, if Amity could handle it on their own, then Phantom has no point in existing.
Seriously, it takes away all the weight to Danny being a hero & needing to protect Amity & I'm not for that.
Like, it'd be one thing if the Fentons decided to dismantle the portal after too many ghost attacks with no Phantom, but Skulker still got through!
Did he use Plasmius' portal?
