I dreaded this. I knew it was coming and there wasn't a thing I could do about it. The ending of this great and well written story. I'll probably re read it because it was so good. Really liked Steve Maxwell. Too bad he didn't stay in the area, he could be kept gainfully employed taking care of everyone on the team. Thanks for writing and sharing this story. Interesting insight into Finch considering stopping further treatment of John's condition deteriorated.

I'm enjoying this story immensely! From one intense chapter to the next, you are keeping me addicted to this story. I was so very thrilled to see the next chapter up early... until I realized that it meant 8 days 'till the next update. You've pretty much nailed the characters, and have an awesome storyline going in my opinion. Here's hoping that this turns into a series with Steve as a featured character. We can hope, right...?

One tension filled chapter after another! What a pleasant surprise to see a chapter posted early. I really like Steve. I hope he and Bear finally become friends. Like one of the other reviewers wrote, maybe he could become a chef/doctor to the team. Thank you for sharing this story!
