Incredible chapter (as usual) - thank you so much for posting and updating this story! I think another reviewer mentioned this as well, but this story, in my head, is more canon than the TV show and the show was amazing - plus I love Matt and Sarah together so much!

Hey, I've been reading this fic for so long that I can't even remember when I started it, but I suddenly realized I'm not sure I've ever written a review.
Just wanted to say that this is one of my favourite stories. Ever. I don't read much fanfic these days but this is my constant exception. Your character work is just so good, unfairly good, and I've never let this story go. I read mostly fantasy in my free time and I've got to say that I've never read anything close to your level of character work. Sarah and Matt and Foggy feel so alive in your work that I just can't even express it. I'd say the closest author I've found is Robin Hobb but even then, there's something about your characters that feel so alive and real that nothing has ever topped it for me.
I just wanted to pop in and let you know. I've just loved and followed this story for years now and I couldn't not mention just how high this book is in my list. Your characters (and your angst/emotional-highs) are essentially everything I've ever wanted from a story.

I've been reading and rereading the story for the last year and a half, I absolutely LOVE this story. This is THE BEST fiction I have read, your writing is so well done you should be writing professionally. The details, characters, action, suspense and romance is top notch. Love the long chapters I can't wait till the next chapter is up ( but take your time ).

You have singlehandedly just destroyed me with this cliff hanger. I binged this entire fic over the past week and can easily say you're an absolute master of writing! Never in my life have I gasped so many times while reading, purely from shock and fear of what's happening - the romance between Sarah and Matt is incredible and I seriously cannot gush enough about how phenomenal this story is. The plot is so complex, your storytelling flows perfectly, your grammar is impeccable... this deserves to be on a New York Times bestseller list.

I truly have no words for how deeply I love this story and I'm just blown away by your talent for writing. Man, I hadn't caught up on the last two chapters till just now and i just wanted to leave a comment expressing my utter awe and delight at how amazing a writer you are. The details you tie everything together with, the believable conflict in all aspects of the story, and the time you take to make it all. I love this story. I can't wait till Sarah and Matt get a happy ending, but I'll be sad because it means this masterpiece will be over. I sit on the edge of my seat practically every chapter and I have read the whole thing through at least twice now. you are a natural story teller and bring so much depth into each character. I can not wait for more. Thank you for this story.

So I come back to this story a year later to find that yess you've continued it and written 6 new chapters! Not to mention done this one last month! The end is in sight. I wasn't here from the start but I started reading it in 2017 so has been a few years and I love that whenever I come back to it there are more chapters and they're always soo long which is amazing! Massive fan of DD and your book is seriously better then the series. Can't wait to see how you wrap it up, kinda wish I didn't read this chapter yet cause that ending is going to drive me crazy for awhile so thanks...

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH IT ISSSSSSSSSS A CLIFF-HANGER! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. AHHHHHH. sarah noooooooo sarahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. shooooooooooooot. this is awesome. the suspense is great. how are they going to manage it?! how do they come out on top of this one?! everyone is so cornered! what is the solution?! i have no idea but i am nervous and excited to find out. love this story. can't wait for the next chapter!
Also, major props for the Father Lantom scene in this chapter—I think it was my favorite piece. You did a wonderful job of channeling his wisdom. When reading good writing, it's easy to forget that this content was actually thought up and written by an author, instead of just being poured onto the pages by the characters themselves. I admire how you were able to break down the conflict and miscommunication that Sarah and Matt have been struggling through so eloquently. I felt just like Matt in that moment, when all of it clicked into place after having felt so chaotic and unfixable. Great work!
