Ok. I like the name for his IS but think its missing something. Maybe add Heavenly to make it "Heavenly Berserker." It adds more to his character and a but of homage to how he fought and killed Angels.
For the fight, I can see Shinji testing the waters with his IS before beating Cecilia. Houki will likely be surprised most by the take down.
Will this be a harem pairing for him? its to early to tell, but I can see pairing him with Chifuyu (Tabane lightly pushing them together, the work of the simping big sis that she is,) and Cecilia,(full swing after her defeat and she calms down).
Will Ichika get a harem as well? or will he be paired with just Houki?

Upon rereading, I think Tabane is pretty OOC here. She's shown repeatedly in the LNs and implied in the anime adaptation to be a high-functioning sociopath. She literally does not and cannot truly care about people. Almost 100% of the bad things that happen to Ichika, Chufuyu, Houki, and everyone else are related back to something Tababe set in motion because she was bored. Yeah, she's not mean or even malicious, she just doesn't care about consequences of her actions. So yeah, she seems nice and friendly, but internally there's basically nothing. If something sounds interesting to her, she does it.
What I'm saying is that I don't think she would actually be disturbed by any of what Shinji went through. Yeah, she'd probably still take care of him and be nice to him, but it would be surface level just like for everyone else. She is the final antagonist of IS for a reason, she's not a good person. She literally kills Ichika right in front of Chifuyu just to get Chifuyu to pilot again. That's not something a person who actually cares about Ichika would do, or at least a normal person who has a healthy mindset.
I'm going to keep reading now.
