I'm so glad you updated this I was wondering what they were going to do the further she got along. This is a great solution. And the way you wrote her trepidation about them leaving was great. But I think my favorite part was the SLink with the baby. I can imagine the panic waking up to your magic going crazy on you. Lovely.

OMG, I'm so in love with this fic. As much as I love baby-daddy, I'm actually really happy you're keeping it Meredy/CS-centric so far! Of course I love the Jellal/Meredy brotp but I'm so happy you're including the Oracion Seis too! I can see how your inspiration could come and go in fits though.
I don't remember if you and I have had this conversation (or if it was someone else), but the Sorano thing is so dead-on with how I'd imagine her attitude to be about Yukino. That whole guild is just so guilt-ridden, but I can really see Meredy's "mistake" being helpful to all of them. And the girl-talk is just priceless. While I don't see Sorano filling Ultear's spot, I kind of see her more like a big sister sort of figure to Meredy.
Oh god, "giant anaconda" urrggh. Now I'm thinking of that Nikki Minaj parody because it's "educational." This is a DOPE snake. They BANG BANG BANG!
