I made a comment in an earlier chapter about a Sasuke/Anko pairing not liking it at all, I wouldn't be against it now. Once you killed of Orochimaru and didn't have Sasuke run off and betray Konoha it changed my perspective on Sasuke, at least in this story anyway.

Kakashi would never just toss Zabuza's body away, same with Haku. There'a a bounty on ninja in the Bingo book, Zabuza's heads worth a lot of money to Kakashi and Anko. Haku's the last of his clan and his body would have been brought back to Konoha to see if they could find the secrets to his kenkai gekki after an autopsy.
Do you really think they would have killed Gato before he told them where to find his money, get his passwords and any other ways to get at his wealth.

It's also very unlikely that Inoichi doesn't know who Naruto is by sight. Inoichi was head of intel. He also knew Naruto's parents. At least try to keep the details moderately believable.

There is no real way that Tsunade could be his aunt. The closest they could be is first cousins once removed. That's because Hashirama is Tsunade's grandfather, not her father. She and Kushina would be first cousins.
Also, it is unlikely Sarutobi and Tsunade would have been unaware of that relationship. Do YOU not know who your aunts and first cousins are? Now take into consideration how important clan relationships were in the Naruto series. There is literally no way a child of Hashirama and Mito would be misplaced. A bastard maybe, but not one of their legitimate children.

Naruto doesn't want to be a medical ninja, he should still want to surpass the Hokages. If you want to write fanfiction, don't make a complete 180 on the real story. Make some touch ups; but whatever, it's your story

Love the story, awesome! I like how you made them good but not super OP before the churning exam even ends, I feel like this embodies the Ashura and Indra transmigration much better than the original, cause they were brothers and in Shodaime and Madaras case they were allies before turning on each other. I like how they still seem close and how things may tear them apart.
One small thing though. You missed Shino in the Chunnin exam prelim final, cause it just says shino number 9 and then there is no 10 or even mention as to what would happen because of the odd number of finalists. Other than that Amzing Work!
