A lot of information in this chapter. I'm surprised there is a mating already since she is not even born yet. I hope it works out where Cody is not constantly in the way and they don't feel slighted as parents. A little surprised a half vampire was picked as a mate since that would mean less protection from full vampires. Then again they will probably eventually have a joint gift and the baby already has at least one so maybe they won't need physical protection.

I thought Victoria was just going to get closer so she could maybe listen or see if she could recognize any gifts. I can't believe she would just walk up into a large covens territory like she did.

Wow... alot going on in that chapter... I'm glad the volturi is not ruthless in this one. This story certainly didn't go the way I thought... wasn't sure what Victoria was going to find out but it never even crossed my mind she wouldn't make it back to James. I was waiting for Demetri to gasp out that Victoria disappeared and was dead.

I was thinking twins at the beginning of the chapter... yeah!
Well I was right, Charlie mated with one of the sisters. You definitely confirmed
that the denalis were told about the sister and they went to the island to be changed
but it didn't state being told about the pregnancies...? Just that they weren't told
about gifts and charlie was keeping it secret for now.
I would think they don't know about the pregnancies so are they thinking there not
going to be changed for 5 months, seems suspicious.
Happy for Charlie but a little disappointed there were wont be any drama... lol

Well I guess that answers the question about Rose. Still hoping for a Denali outtake with Charlie. Know it won't be happening soon but can't wait for the Denali reactions when they know the Cullen men are off the market. Feel bad for Charlie and not sure if his sorrow for Renee was showing he will find his mate or he will not... lol
