Why is Hermione still in a cradle? She would be two years of age in Nov. 81. A crib I could see as she is a very small child but even then probably not.

Hmm, I don't think the two guards are nearly as invulnerable as you say. All it would take is a competant wizard to have a ward stone that could increase gravity by a set amount so that they literally cannot move. Or to just invent such a spell. Then it is just a matter of exploiting that helplessness by killing them. Really, as good as anyone ever is, all it takes is one lucky spell and they are doomed. Actually, a Crucio is unblockable. If just one wizard or witch out of a group can get it off, then they girls would lose easy no matter how skilled or fast they may be.
Besides, if one of the girls is the daughter of Merlin than how does she not have any talent in magic? I don't think Merlins line would have been inbred enough to produce squibs.

Actually snakes do have eyelids they are just translucent and almost impossible to see even if they blink.

Although I like the story (especially Gabrielle and Aurora) I have to admit that I find the spelling mistakes annoying. These are all very little mistakes that wouldn't bother me if it was once or twice, but it's riddled with them. Also a question mark comes always before a closing quote. Example:
"Would you like to give me the honey, please?"
Also Hermione is not even two, but she speaks like a very smart four-year-old.
I keep reading it and maybe you improved along the way. ;)
