The Sorting Hat says in "Godric Gryffindor" that Gryffindor and Slytherin are both from England, Rowena Ravenclaw is from Scotland, and Helga Hufflepuff is from Whales.

The Malfoys are a new family in England with no more than 300years so they only lobby their way with influence and money and after Lucius marry Narcisa and Sirius got in Askaban he took the proxy of the Black seats because they thought Draco will inherit.

Your world building is interesting. I'm still debating on whether the OCs are someones I can like. Some I do while others I don't.
This chapter started interesting until a couple of events occurred:
For a specially trained group (excluding Remus and Sirius), they seriously failed. The non-reaction automatically lead to the appearance of Mr Granger and family to the plot. The whole scene felt forced and unbelievable.
Ugh! Why, oh why, did you use those names? It annoying that you used the typical fanon names for Hermione's parents. There are so many you could choose from, including Monica and Wendell (names that Hermione used to identify them when she sent them to Australia).
Wow, what an unusual recruitment. Was expecting a thanks or something, not an immediate invitation to join. Yep, still felt forced and unbelivable. *sigh*

I love your story. My housework has been neglected because I have not been able to put it down. It is unique and interesting. The painting with Merlin, Arthur and Guinivere was a nice touch.
