"It was very likely that he'd never again have to fight against evil villains." - oh. oh. my heart did a thing. this whole section my heart did a thing. ow.
I love the sparring section. So much. They're so in character and I love it. I love getting to read it. "He really was such a sweet man. Just a naturally sweet man that was so genuine in everything he did." Yes. Yes he is such a sweet little marshmallow.
Aw. Chi-Chi being upset about not being pregnant kinda hit home for me. It's okay, Chi-Chi, you'll be pregnant eventually! Hm, yes. I really like Goku's reaction and his sweet comfort for her. So sweet. :)
"She figured life...would never be boring as long as Goku was around." Hehe. Lol. So that's why Goku doesn't help cook all that often. xD How funny.
Gosh I just really love your portrayal of these two. And so well written, too. My editing brain only switched on right at the beginning and I was able to turn it off and enjoy the rest of the story - which is difficult for me - so I really, really appreciate how much effort you throw into writing at your best. I can tell and this is one of my favorite GoChi fics out there because of it. (Of course I also agree and love your characterization and the little moments you create, too)
Can't wait for more. :)

I was a bit disappointed when you wrote there won't be smut in this chapter... but this chapter made me love them even MORE! So simple and pure these two are!

I figure Chi-Chi and Goku talked about it while Goku was in the hospital after his fight with Vegeta. (Just imagine the interaction when Goku tells her he was the "monster" who killed his Grandpa. Hurt/Comfort/Fluff potential!)
