Hmm...well, apparently from what I read, the reason the transfer worked was because homunculus souls are "young and pure" and their bodies can endure any sort of transformation (took that quote directly from the wiki entry of Saber of Black). Perhaps his body simply recognized what Siegfried's heart was and, since his own heart was dying, simply integrated into his body. Kind of strange, but a homunculus IS far different from a human and might not be bound by the exact same rules.
It also describes the transformation as a "possession" in which Siegfried uses the homunculus's body as a shell, though it's up to the latter to use that power and experience as he sees fit.

Well, this seems very interesting. I kind of like how you made this Ayaka a member of the Tohsaka family (and its nice to know that Tokiomi didn't give Sakura away to Zouken in this reality). I'm interested to see what direction you take with this. Cuchulainn is boned against Karna unless you gave him the ability to use Warp Spasm.
Also, nice of Sieg to make a cameo.

One down for Team Red, things are heating up!
And personally I don't see anything wrong with your writing. I mean sure there mistakes here and there, but it way better than other fanfics writing where the words are too close together and they switch from one thing to another.
To me your writing easy follow and understand, and fun to read! :)

Holy cow! If that wasn't a real Christmas treat!
The action was so great in this chapter, although I have to admit that it was a bit difficult to keep up with all the different fights going on at once. Granted, I have read better fight scenes, but God knows I was on the edge of my seat with this one all the same.
Poor Achilles. He sounds like he is in a party and left standing in the corner. XD Although I would suppose that this is how this actually feels for him. XD
How lucky of Caster to summon the Assassin of the Fourth War though. I wonder how her relationship with Sasaki would be if he was the one to be summoned again. XD
Imagining Lu Bu against the tiny Elizabeth. It's like Tom and Jerry, if Tom had a giant hallberd and was insane.

It's kind of surreal to imagine Achilles and Gilgamesh playing rock-paper-scissors. It's similar to that moment in some action anime where the most fearsome warriors of a group are fighting for the last piece of one food or another. XD
"Kotomine has complete control over Berserker"- more reassuring words have never been uttered. -_-
And as everyone knows, no better strategy to restrain the King of Heroes than a rigged rock-paper-scissors match. I will never stop laughing at this it seems. XD

I really like how you portray the dynamic between Alexander and Astolfo though. They are the perfect opponents and would make for great allies.

I wonder how the current Red Sevants fare against Lancer of Black's Noble Phantasm, if he decides to employ it. I would imagine Achilles would be immune so long as it does not pierce his heel, however the rest would be in a tight spot.

Holy cow! Is that Ayaka from Strange Fake? And Cu Chullain? This is getting so much more awesome. And Ayaka from Prototype is her grandmother? I wonder how Saber will take the news that a distant relative of Manaka's is once again a member of a Holy Grail War.
