Rose having a smoker like friend is perfect. Even though I can see her calling Smoker Robert or Bobby.
At least Rose is figuring out some things about the comet, but I personally think she wouldn't be able to go back to her own world since anyone from One Piece could possibly follow after her or use that power to travel and cause chaos in any other world. So finding out about the comet might be bad in the long term since once she figures it out anyone could use the information and go to another world.

Wow the rewrite is so much better. That sounded meaner then I meant. I just read the rewrite and then went to see what else you got and saw this. The difference between the two is a lot. I mean that as a good thing though, the rewrite has a lot more quality, you did a good job.
