If he wasn't before, Luffy is now 100% Robin's type. You made him sound pretty damn cool. He's outfit makes him sound like some kind of unstoppable badass. I hope you know someone with a Deviant Art account, because I really want to see a drawn version of your Luffy. Wonder what else this guy is going to do. I've read plenty different versions of the beginning of Luffy's journey, but guys like you still seem to make it interesting. Looking forward to the next chapter.

interesting but your grammar need to be checked. It is making it hard to read. Besides it's Makino not Mankino. oh and he was in a cave near the party bar and no one knew about it ? Wouldn't Makino notice his absence and have the inhabitants and maybe Garp search for him ? it would be more logical if he was in Goa hidden, meaning Garp couldn't have found him easily. but don't worry, those are details. Go one with your story, it can be good

Now that's an intro. Who was the "doctor"? I can't help but compare him to Richard "Rick" Trager from Outlast (ever played that game?). The premise of the story sounds extremely interesting, especially the thought of a Luffy x Robin pairing. In the canon, Luffy was arguably the only person to make Robin truly laugh and was probably the very first person she ever opened up too (after Saul). Since Luffy was her comfort in the canon, it's now her role to be his comfort in this story. I'm looking forward to those moments more than anything.
