I see what you mean by adding Alice video game into this story, in Wonderland the characters look like they do in the Disney movie or one of the books, but in Harry's world they may look a little like they do in the video game, so it be interesting to see where this will go.
Also there is a game called Disney's Twisted Wonderland, where you go to a magic school made by some of the Disney Villains, I wouldn't say any more here, but i hope you will look into Twisted Wonderland and see if you can make a fanfiction story, where Harry goes there instead of Hogwarts and after telling the Headmaster about the abuse he got from the Dursleys, Harry gets to stay at the academy in the summer time as a janitor, so Harry grows up in that world of Twisted Wonderland!
