This was just lovely! :) And quite a surprise too, since you seem to be focusing on Star's Journey at the moment. Perlain's POV at the very beginning reminded me of "Two Moons", you know (and yes I've finally decided to read that book and I'm thoroughly enjoying it like I expected to). The moment when Allun saw Zeel in the sky and called out to her really touched me- I didn't realise that I missed reading about him so much. And it was nice to see Lann speaking cordially to Zeel and with none of the derision there was previously. She really sounds like a nice old lady now and while reading I could definitely imagine her as someone's grandmother.
And also I just have to say that your explanation (not sure what else to call it) of how Zeel joined Rowan, Shaaran and Norris is spot on. Pretty much how it all happened, lol. :D
