Oh my gosh, I love this! I’ve only recently gotten into this fandom, and after about 20 stories, decided I wanted a story where Hide takes care of a broken Kaneki after his escape from his torturer. This is it, and it’s amazing! I hope hide manages to be able to help Kaneki.

It hurt, reading this chapter. Hide is so alone in trying to help Kaneki. He can't get help from a human because Kaneki is a ghoul, and he can't go to Anteiku because they most likely would kill him for knowing they were ghouls. My best guess is that Hide is going to crash into Yomo-san while gathering meat for Kaneki. It seems very likely that they might bump into each other at that particular moment, especially since Hide is avoiding Anteiku. Though, I don't know how long Hide can keep himself together before cracking...

I need to see a Kaneki POV!
I need to see Hide finally come to his senses and ask Anteiku for help!
I know what he said about them killing him, but c'mon! He can get their approval by showing them he helped Kaneki.
He can even play dumb as he usually does and just say somthing is off with Kaneki.
This deserves to be updated.
(Btw, I love the eerie feeling you gave me when Kaneki acted like he was brain dead— which means all the time) I love this creepy little thing!
