Fascinating twist to skip through all the Redcliffe stuff, and absolutely spot-on, characterwise, especially with the stand-off and the argument with Cassandra ... and the resolution to that was lovely. You can see them growing together as people, which is really nice.

I like that Nessa and Bull understood each other from the get-go - they seem as though they have similar practical mindsets. And Nessa has come such a long way in her ability to manage the role of Herald. She's going to make a very believable Inquisitor when she gets there!

I really do enjoy your take on the Inquisition and Nessa's growing confidence in her role. The lecture by Cassandra was a risky choice here, but I think it paid off beautifully - completely in character for Cassandra, and it was a much-needed cut through Nessa's bravado and into her deeper emotions, and she handled it with maturity. Nicely done!

I really like your take on Vivienne - practical and a bit entertaining, but with a sure sense of who she is and what she wants from the Inquisition, as well as what she can assist the Inquisition in becoming. And Nessa and Lace are a very nice balance of leader and follower depending on the circumstance, which is very believable.

Happy to see an update! And I love this - the detail of the clothing, Harding being the one to go with her to meet Vivienne, their conversation in the coach. Nessa is a lively, unique Inquisitor and brings a fresh perspective to the tale.

Really enjoying the story...I played DAI more hours than I would like to admit and played all the different type of characters. Love the female elf story. It was by far my favorite in DAO too. Keep up the great work

Oh, I love that she and Sera have a past. Of course they do. And their rapport is so comfortable together. I've always had some trouble warming up to Sera, so I look forward to seeing her through Nessa's eyes and getting a different view of her.

Nessa's practicality and no-nonsense style is such a breath of fresh air. I love that she worries about the well-being of the troops - her skills in multiple areas are growing noticeably as she settles in to her role.
