So far this Harry is a let down. Death and Fate specifically told him to aim for all power he can get, soon, often and quickly.
The author goes down the line: political power is the only thing. They have magic, actual power, the type someone will use to kill him when they want.

I love your Luna. Your 10% snitch idea is brilliant. It not only removes the stupidity of the 150 points that almost always makes the other players irrelevant, it also adds a level of complexity to the seeker's role. If my team is losing by more than 10%, I might try to get to the snitch to bat it away from the other seeker.
It's great that the characters work so hard, trying again after repeated failures. That's admirable and realistic.
