Yeah, I wonder if Quarter-Ghouls exist since Half-Ghouls are already one of the main focuses of Tokyo Ghoul.
What if that individual was 75% Human and 25% Ghoul? Like would they still have a kagune even though their RC cell count would be lower than that of a Half-Ghoul's? What would their Kakugan look like too with the lower RC cell count?
