Ugh, as I thought it wasn't really a nice or very appropriate environment Zero-chan ended up in, huh? *sighs* Not to mention that he is really all alone there. I feel bad and now all the more worried for him.
Then again, such setting is intriguing and promising, although not exactly in a nice way xD So my inner sadistic part is ecstatic here xD
Glad Zero-chan was able to fight the bloodlust, but damn, it will surely get harder in the future *sighs* Hope he will be okay there.

I love the page you took with this story; it built up well and had great character development most stories lack. Please continue with your pace and do not give in to the pressure of speeding the relationship development. Many writers, when having OC KanamexZero, tend to completely break key traits of the character like Zero's stubborn resistance. Such a trait does break eventually for the sake of an 'happy' relationship but are usually rushed too quickly to be recognized as remotely the same character. Thank you for your efforts and I look forward to secretly reading your story.

I'm really enjoying this story so far. I've just started reading it, and I have to say, it is quickly rising to my second favorite behind Blackened Wing's "Secrets in the Dark", which first got me into Vampire Knight fanfictions. After reading her stories, it's very difficult to get me to really enjoy stories that aren't as well executed as hers, but I can truly say that "The Dark Side" has really renewed my enjoyment of reading these fanfictions, and I applaud you for taking time to write such a fantasting story thus far. Keep up the good work, and I'm looking forward to the next chapter!

Oh dear Kaname is stalking people via wolf, again. This chapter was interesting especially with Yagari starting to train with Zero. I want to see a scene where Kaname starts getting more blatant hints about Zero's past, even if that may not be for a while. I look forward to your next chapter!

This chapter is dedicated to me? Thank you so much, i'm very happy! .
But really, this chapter is so sad. I was all 'hell no!' as Zero put the gun between his knees and targeted himself. Moreover the supposed last thoughts from him, dedicated to his family and Ichiru gave me the rest, i nearly cried! So much emotion, my poor heart! XD I'm glad Kaname came to the rescue, although i think Kaname and his "rescue" is a bit of a double-edged sword. Poor Zero has the right instinct, he really should be wary of Kaname. But sadly for him (for now) and happily for us, Kaname will use all of his sadistic finesse to get Zero where he wants him, in his bed to breakfast! XDDD On a more serious side, i hope Kaname will not crush Zero with his beginning appetite for blood and sex. Zero needs someone to love him and show him, that consensual physical love can be something beautiful. :)

Love the chapter. Really like Kaname and Zero's interaction. The blood drinking is nice, also the exchange of words in the car. Kaname is definitely falling for Zero! And hopefully Zero will consider Kaname's sugestions and become less and less hostile toward him. Looking forward to see where this will lead them. Update soon

How can Zero be Zero? When he was forced to be a whore for so many years, who ever commented and said Zero is no longer Zero. Are you even reading this fic? Or just skim reading? I like this fic yes it's sad that Zero's suffered, but it's from a what if Zero didn't have cross or yuuki. To me Zero is broken and very much unstable and fragile, which is so sad and makes me wonder can Kaname really help him or just push him continuesly unknowingly into insanity? Because despite Kaname's attempts to "help" I think he's causing more damage.
