You could do both. Have him use fiction adaption on naruto and be reborn in dxd. That way you could include some things from naruto while dxd's peerage system gives you a good excuse for a harem.

you know im surprised he is yet to create a fuinjutsu that allows him to copy and assimilate bloodline/memories or some thing similar. i mean he knows the naruto world history so he should know how much of a dues ex machina something like the rinnegan is. also i could easily see this character abusing the fuck out of the byakugan/tenseigan *nudge**nudge*.
