Update! I honestly thought this story was dead, but It! Is! Aliiiiiive!
Seriously, I love the way you are extrapolating changes, and personalities, and cause and effect and interactions between these forces. This was one of the stories that got me interested in Overlord in the first place, and I'm glad it's still around.

Great chapter as usual. I'm liking the portrayal of the characters; even though three of the main cast are OCs, they feel very well defined, and I could totally imagine them being part of canon. The parts where you had Nigun be smart enough to catch some things but unable to spot others was well done. Really looking forward to seeing more of Lucifer's build, since not only is he probably my favorite character, but also has so far my favorite abilities. I hope you give more physical descriptions of characters, because they're really well done; I absolutely loved the way you described the Gilded Devil a few chapters ago. Does the whole revival thing mean Nemi and Emu are back, too? If so, that might be interesting, especially as it would go to show that even if nothing in this world threatens the AOGs, that just means the biggest threat is themselves, which I think would be an awesome theme for the story. Speaking of, I also like that they're already displaying signs of their inhumanity. The only thing I didn't like is just a bit of grammar: I've noticed you occasionally use the same unique word twice in one sentence, as you did once in this chapter with the word 'finally'. Happy you updated, and even happier that you're planning on increasing your pace (something I need to work on as a writer, too).

As always, the chapter was brilliant and completely worth the wait. I think Lucifer has become my favorite character in this story. He's an evil, conniving bastard, and I can't help but love him for it.
Can't wait to see what you come up with for volume two. Until then.

Why not "True Magic" as it is in essence true magic. I may be bias due to fate/ but Over rank magic is more a skill than orher magic but it is arguably more "magic" than the others as magic when first viewed is something mythical not something that can be associated with cost like ther tier magics.

Personally, I don't give a sh!t about chapter length. The story is amazingly crafted and I would love to see more!
P.S. Maybe a bit more... romance... perhaps... ;3

Lucifer sure is one high-and-mighty asshole, good job creating that character for him. Hopefully Herohero finally gets a bit of the spotlight soonish? He's had almost no screen-time so far, which makes me anxious to see what you'll do with him since you've created such vivid characters for Lucifer and Tigris-Euphrates.
That said, I feel you've been sweeping Momonga under the rug a bit much. I know he's supposed to come off humble and that he doubts himself, but those qualities are what makes him and incredible leader. He's the one who managed to hold together 41 oddball misfits with clashing personalities for years even after the charismatic Touch-Me gave up on trying to do so with only 30. His insecurities drive him to put maximum effort into the things he cares about, which is why a relatively small guild took one of the top 10 places in the servers, why he memorized the effects of over 700 spells to turn his weak joke/roleplaying character into both a PvP monster and something that could smooth-out and strengthen any party.

In regards to Momonga's stats vs other players, his character would have been around mid-middle rank with all his gear. It was his ultra-rare class 'Eclipse' and his strategy skills that brought him to the mid-upper ranks of PvP, while he was considered one of the best party members available for PvE due to his unparalleled adaptability thanks to over 700 spells versus the standard maximum of 200 (300 with pay-to-win items) for other Lvl.100 mages.
