I really love these changes, but i do hope Ainz (I will always call him that) becomes more confident. In the novel, he always let his underlings control the flow of things and it's getting really annoying. He's the MC damn it!

Seriously this is the best fanfiction of Overlord I have read so far and you fail miserably.
You haven't updated and nearly a year you over blow your chapters are trying to make them some super long crazy shit by adding in too much.

Tigris misquotes Machiavelli in exactly the way I would expect.
What Machiavelli said is that it is better to be feared than loved if you cannot be BOTH. Canon Momonga is both feared and loved.
Here, Tigris and Lucifer are making no attempt to be loved it seems. So far they seem like assholes to me, Lucifer in particular.
Lucifer also seems more like an annoying, bossy self-insert character that is only around to tell the protagonist that he is doing things wrong. It's very grating.
