Luna's crazy is way scarier than Bellatrix, because Luna, unlike Bellatrix, can keep her mind, logic, & sanity (Wonderland version of sanity) intact.
Also, Snape apparently never learned the most important life lesson. Never insult a child's dead mother within the child's hearing if you want to live a long & peaceful life.
