Just NO. You made a bunch of mistakes from the go. The Snake would NEVER mark Naruto. Pein beat him with 1 move. Snake knows Pein wants the 9 tails from Naruto and WILL kill him if he does mess with any of the tail beasts. The 5 seal helps cut more chakra from Naruto and the 9 tails but that is all it does. The 9 tails would kill the Snake if he takes over Naruto's body. Since they would be in persons mindscape he is taking. All the leaf knew about the curse seals was just that. No names of them.

Very nice start. A few questions. Can Naruto only see souls or can he some how manipulate them in some way? If Naruto can manipulate souls in some way can he pull someone's soul out of them? Is this doujutsu going to make Naruto something a kin to a Necromancer? Can Naruto see differences in people's souls, ie. tell people apart by their soul, or tell if someone is lying or a treat because of their soul?
