Where to begin...hmm. Well, the story was very lighthearted, on top of being VERY canon-friendly which is something you don't see all too often, which is nice. I very much enjoyed this little one-shot with Hide and Touka, you certainly didn't try and push some kind of ship on the two characters, so that's even more points to niceness. I hope you continue onward writing more stories such as these. They really are well made and depict their personalities so vividly and accurately I'd swear you were Ishida himself.
