An interesting 'What if?' scenario. However the reasoning behind Malty not stabbing Shieldbro in the back is kinda iffy. Get to know the other heroes better... by not travelling with them and sticking to Shieldbro? Who the hell is she kidding lol

Very interesting approach. Will You continue this Story? Please pm me if you do so. I wonder if she will truly have a change of Heart. I would like to see her in love with naofumi and maybe consider even a harem with her sister melty and raphtalia. She still could be manipulative by righting the wrongs done to the shield hero by her father.

I was actually thinking of an idea like this, I'm glad I've read it. I really liked it. I actually hope to see more of Malty/Naofumi, because I can see a lot of change in events. Great fanfic!

Among some people in the fandom, Malty is also know as 'that wasted character' too, it's also so easy to hate her and just drink the sweet hatred and justice she get.

An interesting idea if definitively short. I quite like your writing and found the idea behind the story very though provoking indeed. Certainly, it would be interesting to ponder what could've been if Bitch had stuck with Naofumi for a more long term manipulation. Probably wouldn't have lasted long considering the Shield Devil bias but it could've gone places. My only quip about this is that it's a bit short. It feels more like the start of a what if story rather than a story on its own, simply exposition before the events truly unfold. I would love to see more of how you'd think Bitch would manipulate Naofumi but otherwise a neat, well-written, and interesting what if scenario. Keep up the good work, bro.
