I absolutely LOVED it!
One of my favorite scenes: chapter 15's lair scene with the three younger brothers' anxiety and anticipation. It was such an awesome idea to handle it the way you did.
And as for chapters 17 & 18: maaaan, the feels T.T I almost cried and that says a lot. My poor Leo...
I love how this story fits in between the two episodes, I think that although no such a bridge was needed, it certainly enriched the story shown in the cartoon, giving it more depth and detail.
All I can say now is, I sincerely hope you will write more TMNT '03 fanfiction in the future. You're oficially in my personal Top 3 TMNT Fanfiction Authors list. Congratulations and good luck in the future writing!

I've only read 5 chapters of this fanfic so far and already you have shown so much understanding of Leo's bevhavior and mindset in this difficult time of his life. A lot of people complained about his change in season 4. I'm glad somebody gets it. I can't wait to read this story until the end!

This is a good answer. Poor Leo. Losing a pet is always hard, but it must be a awful when it's not natural and you think it's your fault. U till he finally let loose.

Okay, so you know I haven't seen the 2003 series, however, I'm familiar enough with it (thanks other fanfiction writers) to know that Leo is sent away at this point. I really love that you created an answer to a question you had for the series. So, I'm okay with such a sad ending. I get it. I do.
BUT, I'm still upset about Goose *angry glare*
Wonderful job on this story! You clearly did some major research. There were awesome fight scenes. We got to see Leonardo perk up (before you broke his poor little turtle heart). I'll be looking forward to your next story idea!

I enjoyed it very much. Thank you from writing this fiction flickaroo, and I'm sure that this is one explanation of what popped up the cork on that unopened bottle. And yes, at the end I could play the scene in my head and I could hear their voices and well, you did it just right.

Awesome ending and I loved how you incorporated the episode along with this story. I certainly am not going to throw tomatoes at you because you did wonderfully on this tale and it makes sense that Leo would not heal so quickly even after his journey. Nicely done on this. I'll be eagerly awaiting more stories from you in the future.
