I'm not sure if I should be glad I came back because? Holy Fuck what have you done to Ren she doesn't deserve this? eVERYTHING MAKES SENSE NOW? I THOUGHT SOMETHING WAS OFF IN THAT SCENE WHERE SHE TOOK DIONYSUS TO THE INFIRMARY IM SO U PSET-
also, from the line 'it was as if she was a child again', is it safe to assume that she's had these scars for quite a long time? man this must've sucked ass for the girl.
Putting aside Ren's trauma for a moment, I'm honestly just elated about Tsukito? Look at him! He's trying! Im so proud of this boy I Would Defend Him With My Life
In other news, I just want to say I love how you dealt with the spirits. From what I've seen, their faceless-ness (in the anime) was probably just to save time or something, but you physically incorporated this aspect of them into the plot in such a way that makes me feel like they've come wandering straight from the uncanny valley. The way the characters describe them honestly makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Just the thought of these weird, human-like but not in the slightest, /things/ kinda makes my skin crawl. Thought it makes sense that Zeus would not be able to successfully replicate actual humans, seeing as he's basically as clueless as the rest of the gods at this goddamn academy-

I was so genuinely elated to see that you updated that I had a physical reaction. My skin has been cleared, my crops watered and I am contented.
I was a bit uncertain when Thoth said they were doing a Cultural Festival, since I don't really know much about the game and we just had some stuff happen in the last chapter, but in the end I'm glad you decided to get right to the good stuff instead of just doing another filler chapter like chapter 12.
Seeing Arisu getting along with Loki and Takeru was actually really nice too see. In fact, comparing it the other groups, these guys actually had the most relaxed atmosphere. Which is funny, because they're all tsunderes with not a lot of dere. Though they certainly don't feel like friends yet, the casualness that Arisu spoke to them with was reminiscent of it.
Misaki, on the other hand, seemed to be experiencing my existential crisis from last chapter. Someone help this girl she's so tense I could feel my own muscles become rigid. The way she was thinking about the Gods made me feel like she was describing creatures from a lovecraftian horror. I hope she's gonna be okay after Thoth called on her because she's not having that much of a good time right now.
Not much stood out when I was reading Yui's point of view, since it didn't have the same chill vibe as Arisu and she also wasn't having a internal breakdown like Misaki. Though Thor's comment about how Nordic songs had been lost due to the actions of humans themselves actually really did sting. Thor was the last person I expected to throw shade-
also seeing that Ren was actually distressed was, coincidentally, very distressing. I guess it's because she's usually pretty unperturbed by the things happening, that seeing her like this is worrying and very, very interesting.
also, I'm glad to know that you're happy about my suffering. In fact, I feel one of the reasons I'm still reading, is because you were able to invoke this kind of feeling from me. I've read a lot of books, and not all of them could effectively get me emotionally invested in their characters this well, and believe me you've got me hooked. I am able to empathize with nearly all these characters so much you could probably make me cry if you pulled the right strings. I look forward to the next update, and I hope you were able to enjoy writing this as much as I enjoyed reading it!

Did you know that you always post a chapter when my life seems at its lowest? I know that it's purely coincidental but thank you for that!
It would seem that I ressemble Misaki, about wanting to dissect the gods and see if they bleed and all I mean. Now i'm really curious how do they bleed? Does their bodies work the same as humans? They obviously don't need to eat, sleep and all so how does it work!?
I was wondering if you are going to include other cultures a bit in the girls explanation of humanity. Considering that europe and japan are so different or just any other countries. I know it'll follow japanese culture the most since they do come from there though!
Are any of the girls half japanese half another place? How do they deal with racism? How do they explain this to the gods?
I'm really glad that some of the gods are starting to understand the girls a bit more- at least enough to see that they're lying- and that they seem to want to help them.
I'm really excited to see how all of their relationships will grow, romantic or otherwise. Although since there are more gods than girls (unless i'm mistaken) will there be polyamorous couples or not?
I gotta admit my favourite part is as always the one featuring dionysus but that's probably because i'm biased.
On a side note, what are you studying in college?
Anyhow good luck on the next chapter and i'll suffer with you through this semester of school!

You update! Can I say you just made my day!? Loved the chapter you kept it interesting until the very end and I have to say was Loki a bit jealous or anything? When he tightened his arm around her was cute and all but did it mean anything I wonder... hmmmm... as for our god of wine I like how you have him noticing some of the smaller things that are button Ren. Great chapter, btw, I liked seeing more of the serious side of the gods - it's one of the things that bugged me while watching the anime, that everyone was so carefree and whatnot; even though I get why it was done the way it was, it was just that the gods were too.. human. There is something ironic about Takeru scolding Loki about his idea fun. Loki so isn't behave himself.
They're doing a maid/butler cafe. That's going to hilarious and potentially chaotic, especially if Dioynsus is a part of it.
As a Hellenic polytheist, I would like to say thank you for your respectful portrayals of the gods. It's been so hard to find good stories (that aren't about Hades/Persephone) outside of the community.

This is one of the better kamiaso fanfics, and I've been craving for an AU like this for months. 2017 is starting off so well.
Out of curiosity, are you going to follow the anime or are you just using the anime to start their character arcs and then use stuff from their routes. Also, were the Gods kidnapped from some point in the past, like in the game. I'm assuming yes since none of them seem to be married...except for Apollon, who is forever alone. (Maybe the girls will teach Hades to not scare your future wife by popping out of the ground and kidnapping her, but I digress)

This is actually one of the best fanfictions I've read in ages. At first, I had been a bit hesitant due to the rocky beginning, but this is getting better and better as I continue reading. This chapter in particular was an immediate favourite of mine. A lot of it may be because I am biased towards Tsukito (I can relate to him so much and it makes me feel happy on inside to be able to do that, seeing as it's usually a lot harder for me to really do that with characters) but also because I love how you let this play out. You may have put me in a state of existential crisis but I still had a good time.
Also I think that Ren and Misaki's interactions with the gods have intrigued me the most. I'm so curious about them and what their pasts were like, though Isuzu and Arisu have also caught my attention.
I can't wait for the next chapter :)
