On the show, Jackie wasn't a fan of Canada (likely because of snobby prejudices her parents rattled off). But in this drabble, she sees the country with fresh eyes, influenced by enjoying her time with Hyde. Very sweet.

This is such a lovely, intimate, and playful moment between Jackie and Hyde. You give us enough specific details to create a concrete setting and develop character. This particular scene also hints at a potentially engaging and full story, one that takes place before and after this scene. I can imagine it easily.

I love how much characterization you fit into 100 words and the emotional tone of this particular entry.
Mrs. Forman as a terrible actress - reminds me of when she pretended to be on the phone with W.B., and Hyde called her on it.
I like that Hyde questions his own behavior. He's demonstrating self-awareness here, even though he's not fully connected to his feelings for Jackie (yet).
