The mark of a good author is to learn their limits and grow. You are doing just that. I have only recently found your story and I have enjoyed it alot. I can understand how real world can meddle and ruin the inspiration to write. Alot of my stories haven't been updated for years. Real life takes priority do what you need to do. Better to leave the story along rather than just grinding out something that will ruin it. Good luck with your studies.

I am likening this so far.
It's an interesting idea to have Naruto reincarnate as Raiser. Most of the time you see the person reincarnate as Issei, and become Rias' pawn, so it's nice to see something different.
Besides the problem of tenses in some words, I haven't seen any big errors, which is nice.
