I think the couple adalind Nick is explosive and without doubt there are many resources to tell a story about it.
In the television series only now with the arrival of the son is taking place this romantic situation, but I think actually much earlier could have shown anything from that scene that he kiss to take his powers, there already had sexual tension. And when adalind sleeps with him to steal the powers Grim, a bit of his own medicine what Nick if he expected his daughter off? I think Nick had to be mobilized for that good evening he had, was supposedly extraordinary, his face when I told Juliette, she said it all, so Juliette was so angry.
So here with this what I mean is that I support your idea, WRITES.
