An ally? Notch perhaps? Definitely a different approach to a minecraft driven story than I expected! Maybe that's because I was expecting something like my story, or because I haven't read many minecraft stories. Regardless, it's interesting! Definitely a nice break from all the Sci-Fi novels and physics research!

"far from perfect"... You could've fooled me. Yes, it's not perfect, but it's not all that far from it. It's just that you wrote it, and you actually care about the quality of your writing(unlike some people I've seen), so you see every flaw. Even the ones that the readers will never catch. I know how that is, I'm amazed whenever I go look at the reviews on my story and see a flood of positivity. And I'm pretty sure, even taking into account the fact that most of the flaws I see in my writing don't count, that the writing quality on your story is better than the writing quality on mine.

Oooh... I like it. I'll be looking forward to more.
I like 1.9. I haven't had a chance to play it yet, but I've been watching videos about it since the snapshots started coming out, and it looks like a lot of fun. Of course, my little sister played a bit, and couldn't get the Elytra to work, so I'm not sure our computer is as excited as we are about Minecraft 1.9.
