Your writing skills aren't anything to scoff at and if I didn't loath the damsel in distress main character types, I would probably love this. As it stands, I've read a lot of romance books and stories and I've always hated how quickly a writer will make characters fall in love and move onto physical expressions of it. I hate it when it seems like the only reason the couple gets together is for shallow ones and that is my opinion of this story (shallow.)
I can already see that realistically this teenage puppy love isn't going to last (at least if it was based on any sort of reality) and unfortunately for you I don't finish stories that aren't realistic especially romance based ones. Also, it seems boring that she hasn't faced any action. If your going to tittle a story The Bloody Rose at least make it revenge or action based. Also I have to say making Regulus one of her parents is completely weird (unless you gender bent Regulus and then I would understand that it isn't a massive plot hole.)
Finally I judge this story (on a scale of one to ten) a big 0.
