He groans loudly and puts his face in his hands, rubbing at his eyes. Across the hall, he hears an answering tortured groan from Mabel. He groans again, louder. Mabel groans back, even sillier. Soon they are making the most ridiculous noises of discontent they can muster, an exchange of wordless vocal distress.

Firstly, I just want to start off by saying that after 5 years post the end of Gravity Falls, yours is the only fanfic that I still actively keep up with. (And actively updates but who cares about that haha...)
Secondly, you're a wonderful writer. I know you've probably heard everything I'm avout to gush about a bajillion times already but damn this chapter really makes me wanna express it! The characters act like themselves, and speak like themselves! I can literally hear everything they say, in my brain, as I read. Your writibg is phenomenal. Always fitting what the scenes call for. Whether that be a tender moment between Dipper and Pacifica, family bonding between the gang, the horror and crushing claustrophobia of an underground maze (I'm claustrophobic so those chapters were VERY hard to get through, which is a compliment by the way). And the ACTION, my God. It's always so clear. I can clearly follow the frenetic pace that's being portrayed, which is ASTOUNDING.
Thirdly, my God, you know how to end chapters. You write inteospection so well. Writers, of course, can't help but put little bits of themselves into their writing. And damn did I notice it with how you ended the last chapter. Dippers ending thoughts, the way they were written, make me appreciate the breathe in my lungs. It brings me back to those times pre-covid wherein life was really an experience in the moment, and I thank you for that.
There have been many fanfictions I've read with a lot of romance, but damn. The emotions here are so real. It's a little far vack but one testament to that was the chapter of the date Pacifica and Dipper had in the fancy restaurant. When they were waiting for their ride back, my god that scene is burned into my mind. The passion and intimacy you portrayed is such an ephemeral feeling I don't really get to feel in recent times with life being how it is.
Sorry for the long review, it's been a long time coming HAHAHA. If I weren't writing this from my phone it'd be even longer I'm sure. Thank you thank you thank you for sharing your talents and passion for writing and for Gravity Falls and for Dipcifica. We're all so damn lucky to have you. Til the next chapter!
