I am crying for this poor child. Real tears. Maybe it's also because I'm sleepy (it's 1am where I am) but I don't think I could've slept until he was out of that maze. I could kill Ford. Really. Selfish and stupid and that poor boy is traumatized. And Emilia not being able to get up the tree and the father being hurt. My heart aches for them. Please just let Dipper get some rest and cuddles because he needs to feel safe and not alone.

capitalism is a guys and girls best friend when it involves making a date possible _
I also like the fact that Dipper actually work with bare hands to earn some money. Instead of taking the easy way out by borrowing some money from a friend. I also like the heart to heart moment between Dipper and Stanford when they were talking about the future of Dipper and Pacifica relationship.
But I like the fact that Stanford has high respect for Dipper and Mabel mother. After all their mother brought the two mystery twins into this world and now they're renown heroes of Gravity Falls. Most of what they learn was through was from their parents.
Milady and melord were pretty funny interactions between Dipper and Pacifica. I can imagine it right now when I readied that part.
I knew the movie date would go exactly as plan for Dipper. I had that strange feeling when reading that the forecast in Gravity Falls would be very windy than usual. Also Dipper should've made that scary movie bet with a award for the winner. Like a kiss or money. Maybe during the woodstick festival, he could win Pacifica a prize in one of the games.
I was quite surprised by the picnic surprise by Dipper. Not half bad for a man with a plan. Especially when he has a twin sister to help him out along the way. Maybe Dipper could help her out with Brandon and her long distance relationship as a incentive. I'm sure there's something in the journals that can solve that problem maybe.
I was also quite surprised that Pacifica thought that Dipper was gonna break up with her on the end of summer. That would be pretty harsh, cruel and out of character for him to do something like that in my opinion.
But it goes show that Pacifica will do everything in her power to make their relationship stand firm and strong as possible. Even under a long distance relationship too.

First off, that Ducktales(2017) line was PERFECT!
Second, this was a really sweet reconciliation chapter. Dipper really is figuring this stuff out and it’s fun to see Pacifica unwinding a bit. And Mabel’s indirect support is do much fun to read

I am still continually stunned by the fact that this entire story just seems so much like the GF season 3 we never got. I've said it before, but I'll say it again for emphasis - your characterisation is perfect. The jokes and words used by each character is PERFECT. I could see that line about inflammable being in the actual show.
