Why does everyone seem to think sudden mood change from sad to screaming like some pu$$y a$$ b!tch at a traumatic memory is a good idea to write, it's stupid. People exhibit fear and anxeity, anger, sadness, guilt, or feeling numb. Seriously, it's easy to search for the different emotional responses to traumatic instead of pulling the "lazy writer" card. I can see in your writing, you have potential to be one of the few good writers on this site, you just got to put in the effort.
