First of all... yes. Just yes. Those poor "other" guys don't get enough attention in my opinion (especially Alfred, sigh).
Secondly, I'm intrigued by this. I would suggest watching the spelling and grammar, but at this point in the process, it's mostly important to just keep writing for now and then go back and edit it later (and maybe have someone else edit it for you as well).
There were parts that I really liked, especially that part where you talk about the tango being a series of moments. That was a cool insight. And also, seriously, just Alfred on the prowl. ;) You've got an interesting OC too; I want to know more about her.
Anyway, I guess what I'm trying (and failing) to say, is thanks for sharing and I hope you post more eventually.
