I laugh everytime I see that scene. Booth seems to be so sure of his relationship that he joked about Walter having a chance with Brennan. Boy what a change in him since he normally bristles when someone comes near Brennan. On the other hand I could see Brennan not being sure if he was joking or not and starting to wonder if he was serious. She's literal and sometimes misunderstands the motives of others. She has got a lot better though and we have seen that she is willing to joke around with Booth because she's so comfortable in her own skin now. Thanks for sharing.

Haven't heard from you in awhile. That was a good story. That's what makes you a writer and me not so much. I would never have thought of that and I can see how she would have gone that way in her thinking now that you brought it up. Enjoyed the read.
