YASSSS THE FUTILE FAÇADE! How exciting! I'm as old as Rarry (Rigel/Harry) now technically, how crazy. Both 15. Anywho, phenomenal chapter, I'm excited for Dominion to be in on the ruse. This will be highly exciting and I'm willing to bet Bart Crouch Jr. will be using Harry's advancements in the potions industry to his advantage whether it's the Potter's Predictable Protection Potion or whatever or the altered poly juice potion Garry and Archie made - somehow getting his hands on that, or a new one she makes over the summer, it's all sure to be interesting :D Thank you, Violet Matter!
P.S. I'm more than pleased to say the Pureblood Pretense is my favorite fan fiction series of all time. ~toodles!

I’ve followed this series since I discovered it while you were about halfway through the first book and thought it was about time I left a review! This is the series I check every day for updates and am always so excited when there is one that I drop whatever I am doing in the moment. I can’t believe how long it’s been since you began and thank you so much for still continuing with the series despite life’s interruptions. The discovery of Rigel is the moment we have all been waiting for since the very first chapter of the series and it has more than lived up to my expectations. It combined drama with real emotion from shock to fear to relief, yet leaves the real secret still to be revealed to most. You always strike exactly the right balance at the end of every book of closing off enough plot avenues that there is a satisfying sense of resolution, but leaving enough open that you question what the next book will involve. I cannot wait for the next book in the series, they have that special trait which the original HP series has of seeming to age with you. I hope (and do not doubt) that one day we will see the end of book 7, which is something rare and precious for fan fiction.

Wow I have no words. I have been a Harry Potter fanatic since I started reading them at 8... and never thought they could be surpassed. Boy was I wrong. This series is everything! All the characters are incredible, and the POV swaps add so much depth and humour. Violet, I cannot thank you enough for putting such time and effort into this story and bringing the magical world of HP back to life in such a unique and once again addictive way. Awaiting book 5 is agonising, please please please never give up on this series!

I don't know how much it will be featured now that the big reveal has happened, but I wanted to say also that I super appreciate the moments of dysphoria that have crept through for Rigel/Harry over the years.

I hope she cures gavril and gets even more friendly with all the awesome vampire characters, plus allies: Harry is the type of person who needs a whole contingent of allies just to go to Diagon, because the poor girl will probably run into a lethifold or assassination attempt.

I don't think I've ever read a novel that includes the words 'culturally appropriative' and this is yet another reason why youre my favourite author.
Also, I love all your author's notes, it is such a great part of the fanfic novel experience imo
