I really want to like this but the entire story is just written in dot points, there is no explanation or exploration of the world only this happened then that happened, he felt this then he thinks that (should be thought)

Well maybe jumping from chapter 2 to 8 was the best. At the end is just another stupid story that the title is just a way to attract reader and never tell how house is rebuilt.

I would've left Susan behind the second time someone else said something. There was no reason for a hazing like that, Harry never gave them one. They had no right to intrude, and obviously Susan agreed to it, as she never said anything either. Harry didn't need to go to Hogsmeade, I in his place would've just turned around back to the school and left. Not even saying a word of parting. And I would have told everyone at Hogwarts that Hufflepuffs are penetrant arseholes who don't deserve attention by anyone else. Let them inbreed in their sett without input from the other houses.
